Crystalizing Tutorial

This is a tutorial that shows how to add the crystal effects to a crystal pony ;3;

I said in the beginning of the tutorial you can prob use any program with layers, but idk if the sparkle brushes will work with other programs You can always just draw the sparkles though xD
